自1982年5月至1986年10月连续五年采用Elton氏法共捕获500只各类鼠,经鉴定共计3个科6个种,查明寄生蚤螨共分属4个科8个种。并首次从一只草原兔尾鼠中检出EHFV抗原阳性,滴度1:160。基本摸清了鼠类的季节消长规律,为创建无鼠害空港和进一步开展疾病监测提供了科学依据。
From May 1982 to October 1986 for five consecutive years using Elton ’s method to capture a total of 500 rats, identified a total of three families and six species, identification parasitic fleas mites belonged to 4 families and 8 species. And for the first time positive EHFV antigen was detected from a prairie rabbit with a titer of 1: 160. The pattern of seasonal fluctuation of rodents was basically found out, providing a scientific basis for creating a rodent-free airport and further conducting disease surveillance.
