目的:改良99Tcm-WBC制备条件并评价其特性.方法:取10ml家兔及人全血分离WBC,用99Tcm-HMPAO介导标记,评价WBC分离率、99Tcm-WBC的标记率、稳定性、活性及其在家兔脓肿模型和炎性肠病患者体内的炎症定位特性.结果:WBC分离率达70%,99Tcm-WBC标记率和活性率分别高达60%和90%.放射性不断自WBC中逸脱.注射99Tcm-WBC后10min家兔大腿脓肿即显影,4h时最清晰.99Tcm-WBC可清晰地显示活动性炎性肠病受累肠段部位和范围.结论:10ml血可分离和制备出满足临床显像要求的99Tcm-WBC.
Objective: To improve the preparation conditions of 99Tcm-WBC and evaluate its characteristics. Methods: WBCs were isolated from 10ml rabbit and human whole blood and labeled with 99Tcm-HMPAO to evaluate the isolation rate of WBC, the labeling rate, stability and activity of 99Tcm-WBC and its clinical significance in rabbit models of abscess and inflammatory bowel disease In vivo inflammatory localization. Results: The isolation rate of WBC was 70%, and the labeling rate and activity of 99Tcm-WBC were as high as 60% and 90% respectively. Radioactivity continuously escaped from WBC. 10min injection of 99Tcm-WBC rabbit thigh abscess that is developing, 4h clearest. 99Tcm-WBC clearly shows active bowel involvement and extent of inflammatory bowel disease. Conclusion: 10ml blood can be separated and prepared to meet the clinical imaging requirements of 99Tcm-WBC.
