Oxycodone (14-hydroxy-7,8-dihydrocodeinone) has been clinically used as a strong opioid agonist since 1915 for the treatment of moderate and severe pain. So far, the influence of food on the oral bioavailability of oxycodone has not been reported. The purpose of this study was to determine the pharmacokinetics of high fat diet on OTC test controlled release tablets (40mg) and immediate-release liquid (20mg) influences. Select normal health blog
