在池栽条件下 ,研究了 3种土壤 (黏土、壤土、沙土 )对 3个不同筋力 (强筋、中筋、弱筋 )冬小麦品种籽粒灌浆过程中AGPP、SSS和SBE 3个淀粉合成关键酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,黏土区藁麦 890 1和洛麦 1号 3个酶活性都较高 ,其变化趋势均呈单峰曲线 ,除藁麦 890 1的AGPP花后 2 5d达到峰值外 ,其余均在花后 2 0d达到峰值。表明黏土栽培可能更适于藁麦 890 1和洛麦 1号籽粒淀粉的合成。壤土区 3个品种的AGPP、SBE和藁麦 890 1的SSS酶活性变化均呈单峰曲线 ,花后 2 0d达到峰值 ;豫麦 4 9和洛麦 1号的SSS酶活性则呈双峰曲线 ,花后 10d和 2 0d分别有两个峰值 ,且第二个峰值显著高于第一个峰值。表明壤土栽培可能对 3个不同筋力品种籽粒淀粉的合成都是有利的。沙土区藁麦 890 1三个酶活性较高 ,AGPP酶呈双峰曲线 ,花后 10d和 2 0d分别达到两个峰值 ,且第二个峰值显著高于第一个峰值 ;SSS和SBE均呈单峰曲线 ,花后 2 0d达到峰值。表明沙土种植可能更适于藁麦 890 1籽粒淀粉的合成
