随着当前国际与国内市场的形势日益复杂,以及我国转变经济发展方式的不断深入,我国的低压电器企业在不断向行业产业链高端迈进的过程中也面临着越来越多的风险与挑战,这其中企业的财务风险是重要一环。文章结合了新形势下低压电器企业在财务风险控制中存在的问题,提出了加强对研发要素投入的财务风险评估、建立企业投资内参机制、设立企业收益分配调整的额度区间以及设立低压电器企业财务账户的长期储备金四个对策,希望能为加强低压电器企业财务风险管控和预警工作提供参考。
With the increasingly complex situation in the international and domestic markets and the deepening of the transformation of the economic development mode in our country, the low-voltage electrical enterprises in our country are also facing more and more risks and challenges in their continuous advance toward the high end of the industrial chain.
