案例教学是应急管理培训的典型方法,对于有效提升各级领导干部的应急管理能力具有重要意义。基于教育技术的视角,笔者从教学三阶段分析认为应急管理培训中存在着对案例教学本质和特征认识不明晰、师生角色定位不明确、案例编写“单打独斗”且质量参差不齐、案例挖掘深度不够、学员隐性知识共享不明显等问题。在分析应急管理培训现行案例教学形式和存在的问题基础上提出了明确师生角色定位、合作编写案例促进共建共享、合理划分学员小组、综合运用多种教学形式、构建学习共同体促进学员隐性知识共享等对策。
Case teaching is a typical method of emergency management training and is of great significance for effectively improving the emergency management capabilities of leading cadres at all levels. Based on the perspective of educational technology, the author believes that there are some problems in emergency management training, such as the unclear understanding of the nature and characteristics of case teaching, the unclear roles of teachers and students, the poor quality of case writing , Case excavation depth is not enough, students tacit knowledge sharing is not obvious and so on. Based on the analysis of the current case teaching forms and existing problems in the emergency management training, this paper puts forward a clear definition of the roles of teachers and students, cooperation in the preparation of cases to promote co-construction and sharing, a reasonable division of student groups, the integrated use of a variety of teaching forms, build learning community to promote students hidden Knowledge sharing and other countermeasures.
