学校作为育人的重要场所,把依法治校和以德治校、精神文明创建活动有机地结合起来,是在学校建设中应认真探索和研究的重要问题。该文结合西部欠发达地区的乡村学校特色,论述了在社会主义精神文明建设视阈下依法治校与以德立校的有效融合。 As an important place for educating people, the school organically combines the operation of governing the school by law and the rule of virtue and building of spiritual civilization. It is an important issue that should be conscientiously explored and studied in school construction. Combining with the characteristics of rural schools in the underdeveloped areas of western China, this paper discusses the effective integration of governing schools by law and establishing schools with virtue in the light of the socialist spiritual civilization construction.
