在详细调查地铁施工便道上的检查井存在的病害种类基础上,从检查井在车辆荷载下的受力与施工、材质、环境与维护四方面分析了检查井病害的共性成因,从设计标准偏低、井盖质量偏低、道路荷载剧增的三个方面分析了地铁施工便道检查井病害的个性原因。从检查井井盖、井体的合理选型及减少车行荷载对混凝土路面检查井直接作用的措施研究了地铁施工便道检查井病害治理对策,并得出以下结论:沥青路面使用防沉降球墨铸铁井盖;混凝土路面使用球墨铸铁弹簧锁闭井盖,并加固井周路面结构及各构件连接;破损重建的小管道(管径≤600mm)采用塑料检查井;破损重建的大管道(管径≥800mm)采用装配式预制钢筋砼检查井。
