新媒体作为一种媒体形式的集体存在,是近两年的事情,以分众的兴起为标志,新兴媒体仿佛一夜之间就涌现在了人们眼前,如移动电视、手机媒体、楼宇液晶、博客等等。其实新媒体在被市场集体关注之前,都存在好多年了。如网络媒体在中国已存在了十几年,手机媒体也有五、六年的时间,楼宇液晶也是。但之所以到现在新媒体才引起如此高的关注度,主要是受众的环境发生了变化。
