目的 :观察全甲洋参胶囊 (简称全甲洋参 )对环磷酰胺 (Cy)所致小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞 (PE)微核形成率及外周血象的影响 ,探讨其临床治疗作用机理。方法 :分别观察单纯给予全甲洋参、单纯给予Cy及Cy加全甲洋参 3种方式对小鼠PE微核形成率和外周血白细胞 (WBC)、红细胞 (RBC)、血红蛋白 (Hb)的影响 ,并与空白对照组、单用Cy组进行对照。 结果 :全甲洋参对正常小鼠PE微核形成率及外周血WBC、RBC、Hb无明显影响 ;Cy组PE微核形成率显著上升 (P <0 0 1) ,WBC、RBC、Hb显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ;Cy加全甲洋参组 (高、中、低剂量 )使PE微核形成率上升及WBC、RBC、Hb下降得到控制 ,Cy加全甲洋参高、中剂量组各项指标与Cy组比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;Cy加全甲洋参低剂量组与Cy组比较 ,除Hb外 ,各指标亦差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :全甲洋参胶囊可拮抗Cy的骨髓抑制作用 ,即对Cy的毒副作用有一定的拮抗性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Cymexa Americana capsules on the micronucleus formation rate and peripheral blood of bone marrow-derived polychromatic erythrocytes (PE) induced by cyclophosphamide (Cy) in mice, and to explore its clinical therapeutic mechanism. . METHODS: The micronucleus formation rate in peripheral blood leukocytes (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), and hemoglobin (Hb) were measured in mice treated with pure Hexa ginseng and Cy and Cy plus Hexa quinquefolium alone. The effects were compared with the blank control group and the Cy group alone. RESULTS: All-mushroom ginseng had no effect on PE micronucleus formation rate and WBC, RBC, and Hb in peripheral blood of normal mice; the micronucleus formation rate of PE increased significantly (P < 0 01), and WBC, RBC, and Hb were significantly increased in the Cy group. Decrease (P <0 0 1); Cy plus All-Ginseng group (high, medium, and low doses) increased the formation of micronuclei in PE and decreased WBC, RBC, and Hb levels. There were significant differences between the dose group and the Cy group (P < 0 01). Compared with the Cy group in the low-dose group, the difference between the Cy, ginseng and the Cy group was significant (P <0.01). <0 0 1). Conclusion : All A. ginseng capsules can antagonize the myelosuppressive effect of Cy, which is a certain antagonistic effect on the side effects of Cy.
