目的研究心理应激中的氧化损伤效应,并探索新型军用功能食品NB-5在心理应激导致氧化应激中的保护作用。方法应用剪除大鼠胡须的方法建立心理应激实验动物模型,通过对脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)以及蛋白质羰基含量的检测研究心理应激下大鼠不同脏器组织的氧化损伤程度;将NB-5加工成动物饲料喂食大鼠,4周后剪除胡须造成心理应激,并通过对以上指标的检测探索NB-5的防护效果。结果与结论大鼠剪除胡须后产生情绪焦虑导致包括大脑皮质、心、肝、脾和肾组织膜脂和蛋白质氧化损伤,过氧化氢酶活性显著降低,在该模型中NB-5表现出良好的自由基清除功能,并且能够显著提高过氧化氢酶的活性。新形势下,军用功能食品NB-5可缓解部队官兵在应对突发事件时因心理应激而造成的身体伤害,提高部队官兵的战斗力。
Objective To study the oxidative damage induced by psychological stress and to explore the protective effect of NB-5, a novel military functional food, on oxidative stress induced by psychological stress. Methods The animal model of psychological stress was established by cutting off the beard of rats. The levels of oxidative damage in different organs of rats under psychological stress were measured by detecting the malondialdehyde (MDA) and protein carbonyl content of lipid peroxidation products The NB-5 was processed into animal feed to feed rats. After 4 weeks, the beard was cut off to cause psychological stress, and the protective effect of NB-5 was explored by testing the above indexes. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Emotional anxiety in rats after beard removal resulted in oxidative damage of membrane lipid and protein, including cerebral cortex, heart, liver, spleen and kidney, and significantly decreased catalase activity. In this model, NB-5 showed good Free radical scavenging function, and can significantly increase catalase activity. Under the new situation, NB-5, a military functional food, can ease the physical injuries caused by psychological stress caused by officers and soldiers of the armed forces in response to emergencies and enhance the combat effectiveness of the officers and men of the armed forces.
