目的了解沧州市各级医疗机构消毒质量状况,汇总统计全市监测数据,分析危险因素,提出改进措施,进一步规范医院消毒与灭菌工作。方法采用现场调查及采样检测方法,对全市市、县、乡、个体医疗机构连续4年进行消毒质量抽样监测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 4年共采样4 580份,合格4 151份,总合格率90.6%。2009-2012年合格率分别为88.2%、91.1%、92.1%和92.2%。市级、县级、乡级、个体医疗机构合格率分别为96.6%、92.5%、89.6%和88.8%。室内空气、环境物体表面、使用中消毒液、紫外线灯辐照强度、消毒灭菌医疗用品、内窥镜和消毒剂的合格率分别为84.5%、82.1%、93.6%、92.7%、96.8%、97.3%和96.4%。结论全市医疗机构整体消毒质量较高,连续4年消毒质量表现平稳,但乡级和个体医疗机构消毒质量还有待提高,不同监测项目中空气和环境物体表面存在一些问题,应作为重点环节加强监测。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of medical institutions at all levels in Cangzhou City, a summary of the city’s monitoring data, analysis of risk factors, put forward improvement measures to further standardize the hospital disinfection and sterilization. Methods By on-site investigation and sampling methods, the city, county, township and individual medical institutions were monitored for sampling for disinfection quality for four consecutive years, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 4 580 samples were obtained in 4 years, 4 151 were qualified, with a total pass rate of 90.6%. The passing rates in 2009-2012 were 88.2%, 91.1%, 92.1% and 92.2% respectively. The pass rates of municipal, county, township and individual medical institutions were 96.6%, 92.5%, 89.6% and 88.8% respectively. The pass rates of indoor air, surface of environmental objects, disinfectant in use, irradiation intensity of ultraviolet lamp, medical products for disinfection and sterilization, endoscope and disinfectant were 84.5%, 82.1%, 93.6%, 92.7% and 96.8% respectively, 97.3% and 96.4%. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in the city is relatively high. The quality of disinfection has been stable for 4 consecutive years. However, the quality of disinfection at township and individual medical institutions needs to be improved. There are some problems on the surface of air and environmental objects in different monitoring projects. Monitoring should be strengthened as a key link .
