采用气相色谱质谱法对池沼公鱼不同部位中脂肪酸组成进行了分析。利用索氏提取法萃取池沼公鱼鱼头、肌肉和内脏中的脂溶性成分,经甲酯化处理后用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分离和鉴定,运用面积归一化法确定各个成分的相对百分含量。试验结果表明,池沼公鱼不同部位鱼头(37.25%),鱼肉(29.87%),鱼内脏(67.28%)中脂肪含量明显不同;脂肪酸成分组成相近,主要有肉豆蔻酸,棕榈油酸,棕榈酸;(E)-9-十八碳烯酸,花生四烯酸,顺式二十碳五烯酸,二十二碳六烯酸及二十二碳五烯酸等;脂肪酸成分含量分布有明显区别,鱼内脏中含有丰富的EPA、DHA。池沼公鱼的营养价值较高,具有很好的综合开发利用价值。
