提出的方法和设备可用于AlCl的制取和岐化作用。设备(见图)由吹炉1和分解塔2两部分组成。经过带有挡料装置的漏斗3向吹炉1的加料室中加入精炼铝。料室采用电加热元件4加热到1000~1400°。通过管子5向料室中通入气态的AlCl_3,与Al作用生成AlCl,AlCl和多余的AlCl_2混在一起在1200~1300°下沿着管6进入分解塔。杂质集中在料室在底部可定期地经过套管
The proposed method and apparatus can be used for AlCl preparation and disproportionation. Equipment (see photo) by the furnace 1 and decomposition tower 2 is composed of two parts. Refined aluminum is fed to the charging chamber of the blow furnace 1 through the funnel 3 with a blocking device. Material heating chamber heating element 4 heated to 1000 ~ 1400 °. A gaseous AlCl 3 is introduced into the material chamber through a pipe 5 to form AlCl, AlCl and excess AlCl 2 together with Al to be mixed along the pipe 6 into the decomposition tower at 1200 to 1300 °.
