测钼的荧光熄灭法多采用钼与罗丹明类荧光试剂生成不发荧光的配合物而进行测定,我们最近合成的5′-硝基-水杨基荧光酮(5′-N-SAF)结构式见右图,当水溶液中存在Triton X-100时,该配合物具有强烈的荧光;痕量钼的存在可使荧光减弱,据此建立了荧光熄灭测定痕量钼的新方法,该法的灵敏度高(检测限达4×10~(-3)μg/mL)、选择性好、简单、快速,优于文献,本文研究了Mo(Ⅵ)--5′-N-SAF配合物的形成条件。
