PASCA 技术首次用于考察大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂(D72)的热稳定性及探讨提高其热稳定性的可能性。结果表明:(1)D72-H 型树脂热稳定性最差(T_d-91℃),而 D72-Na 型树脂热稳定性最好(T_d=130℃);(2)较高温度可在两个方面影响树脂的活性:第一,当 T≥T_d 时,树脂中的活性集团-SO_3-开始脱落,导致树脂酸性中心减少;第二,随着温度升高,树脂孔径逐渐缩小,同时树脂比表面积也相应降低;(3)某些金属离子(如 Pd~(2+),Ce~(3+))的引入,可在一定程度上改善树脂的热稳定性;(4)阳离子(H~+,NA~+,pd~(2+),Ce~(3+)等)和树脂中的-SO_3-存在一定程度的相互作用.
PASCA technology was first used to investigate the thermal stability of macroporous strongly acidic cation exchange resin (D72) and to explore the possibility of improving its thermal stability. The results showed that: (1) the thermal stability of D72-H resin was the worst (T_d-91 ℃), while that of D72-Na resin was the best (T_d = 130 ℃); (2) In one aspect, the activity of the resin is affected. First, when T ≧ T_d, the active group -SO_3- in the resin begins to fall off, resulting in a decrease in the acidic center of the resin. Second, as the temperature increases, the resin pore diameter gradually decreases, (3) Some metal ions (such as Pd ~ (2 +) and Ce ~ (3 +)) can improve the thermal stability of the resin to a certain degree; (4) +, NA ~ +, pd ~ (2 +), Ce ~ (3 +), etc.) and the resin in the -SO_3- there is a certain degree of interaction.
