1.栽培季节及方式(1)春莴笋栽培春莴笋主要是指上一年播种,翌年春季上市的莴笋。北方凡莴笋在冬季露地能安全越冬的地区,一般9月播种,冬前幼苗6~7片真叶时定植,翌年4—5月上市。莴笋不能在露地越冬的地区,10月下旬可在阳畦或1月中下旬在日光温室育苗,幼苗4~5片叶时于春季定植。
