报道了一种甲基取代的甲酸氧化态四氢叶酸辅酶模型———碘化— 1,2—二甲基— 3—对氯苯磺酰基咪唑啉———与几种不同的亲核试剂 (对甲苯胺、对甲氧基苯胺、苄胺、丙二腈、水 )反应的研究。实验事实表明 ,该模型化合物具有较高的反应活性 ,能够与不同类型的亲核试剂发生化学反应 ,是一种较理想的模型。
Reported a methyl-substituted formic acid oxidation of tetrahydrofolate coenzyme model --- iodinated - 1,2 - dimethyl - 3 - chlorophenylsulfonyl imidazoline --- with several different nucleophiles (P-toluidine, p-methoxyaniline, benzylamine, malononitrile, water). Experimental results show that the model compound has high reactivity and can react with different types of nucleophiles, which is an ideal model.
