本研究为了弄清旋耕机深耕时旋耕能量等各种特性,以获得设计旋耕能量小的深耕旋耕装置的基础资料。本文通过两把旋耕刀片旋耕土槽中土壤的模型实验,明确了深耕时旋耕能量、扭矩、水平和垂直分力等各种特性。实验结果表明:减少旋耕刀片的旋转半径,且刀轴在地表面以下作业时是有利的,刀轴在地表面以下作业,向上切土比向下切土的旋耕能量消耗要少。在第二、三报中将根据模型实验结果进行田间试验和分析,以建立用最小能量进行旋转深耕的方法。
In this study, in order to find out the rotary tillage rotary tiller during deep plowing and other characteristics of energy in order to obtain the design of rotary tillage rotary tiller with low energy basic information. In this paper, the model experiments of soil rotation in rotary tillage with two rotary blades were carried out, and various characteristics of rotary tillage energy, torque, horizontal and vertical component of force during deep plowing were clarified. The experimental results show that it is advantageous to reduce the rotating radius of the rotary blade, and the cutter shaft can work below the ground surface. The cutter shaft can work below the ground surface, and the upward cutting can consume less energy than rotary cutting. In the second and third papers, field experiments and analyzes based on model experimental results will be conducted to establish a method of rotary deep plowing with minimum energy.
