本文从分析散射矩阵本征值的幅角频率关系出发,揭示宽带集总元件环流器出现双峰隔离特性的原因,提出了相应的设计方法。同时分析了器件的温度特性,详细地讨论了利用磁路补偿改善宽带环流器温度性能的方法。结果不仅能解释实验中出现的种种现象,同时也可作为设计的依据,从而做出了性能良好的宽带宽温集总元件环流器。
Based on the analysis of the relationship between the amplitude and the frequency of the eigenvalues of the scattering matrix, this paper reveals the reasons for the bimodal isolation characteristic of the circulator of the broadband lumped element and proposes the corresponding design method. At the same time, the temperature characteristics of the device are analyzed. The method to improve the temperature performance of the broadband circulator by using magnetic circuit compensation is discussed in detail. The results not only explain the various phenomena that occurred in the experiment, but also serve as the basis for design, thus making a good performance broadband wide-temperature totalizer circulator.
