随着各类现代风险事件的发生,中国进入了风险社会时代。社会工作作为抵御和治理风险的重要力量,重新明晰自己的定位对风险的治理和专业的发展都有着重要的意义。本研究以吉登斯的第三条道路思想作为框架,探讨了社会工作在风险社会治理方面的作为。得出主要结论:社会工作应该在培育自主性公民;构建以社区为本的能动性预防与治理机制;倡导发展性、积极的社会福利制度等三个方面努力,方能在本土风险社会治理中展现社会工作的专业价值和社会效益。
With all kinds of modern risk events, China has entered a time of risk society. As an important force to resist and manage risks, social work has the important meaning of rediscovering its own position on the governance of risks and professional development. This study explores the action of social work in risk social governance with Giddens’s third road idea as a framework. Draw the main conclusions: social work should be in cultivating independent citizens; to build community-based initiatives to prevent and manage mechanisms; to promote the development of positive social welfare system and other efforts in three areas in order to show the local risk social governance The professional value and social benefits of social work.
