博物馆作为公益性的文化事业,其管理模式的完善和创新,对于我国的文化体制改革有着极为巨大的影响和积极地意义。但是,现阶段,我国的博物馆管理工作中,存在很多问题,其管理模式也比较落后,因此,我国的文化以及经济资源也受到了一些影响。在国外,一些国家中,现代博物馆的管理比较成功,我们可以以此为借鉴和参考,进而逐渐实现我国博物馆管理的优化和改革。文章首先对博物馆管理进行了简单的阐述,进而具体对其现代化的管理模式进行了分析和研究,希望能够为人们提供一些帮助和参考。
As a nonprofit cultural undertaking, the improvement and innovation of its management model have a tremendous impact and positive significance on the reform of our country’s cultural system. However, at the present stage, there are many problems in the administration of museums in our country and their management modes are relatively backward. Therefore, the cultural and economic resources in our country are also affected to some extent. In foreign countries, in some countries, the management of modern museums is relatively successful.
