为探讨密封源仪表及工业探伤人员在小剂量情况下染色体畸变的程度 ,采用全血微量培养法 ,5 2h收获细胞 ,每例分析 10 0个中期细胞的染色体。结果 ,密封源仪表及工业探伤人员染色体畸变率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。表明二个工种的放射性工作人员虽然每年接受的年剂量均在职业受照人员的年剂量当量限值 5 0MSV/年以下 ,但通过对染色体畸变的观察后可看到对工作人员健康的影响。因此 ,工作人员在工作中应加强对电离辐射的防护
To explore the extent of chromosomal aberrations in the sealed source instrument and industrial testing personnel in the case of low dose, whole cell micro culture was used to harvest the cells at 52 h, and the chromosomes of 10 0 metaphase cells were analyzed in each case. As a result, the chromosome aberration rate of sealed source instrument and industrial testing personnel was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The results showed that although the annual dose of radioactive workers in two types of work is less than 50MSV / yr per year for workers exposed to occupational exposure, the effects on staff health can be observed by observing the chromosomal aberrations.
