脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统常见的一种恶性肿瘤,其发病率占有颅内肿瘤的42%,手术难以全部切除肿瘤,术后复发率极高。尽管目前趋向于“手术+化疗+放疗+免疫治疗等综合治疗模式,可疗效并非十分理想。光动力学疗法(PDT)是80年代以来治疗肿瘤的一种新方法。应用该疗法治疗脑胶质瘤的报道至今很少。我们应用自制大功率氦氖(He—Ne)激光器作光源,用血卟啉作光敏剂对接种G—422胶质瘤的昆明鼠动物模型施PDT治疗,对肿瘤体织小,部位表浅的瘤组织疗效较好,
Glioma is a common malignancy of the central nervous system. Its incidence accounts for 42% of intracranial tumors. It is difficult to remove all tumors after surgery. The postoperative recurrence rate is extremely high. Despite the current trend towards "combination therapy such as surgery + chemotherapy + radiotherapy + immunotherapy, the curative effect is not very satisfactory. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a new method for treating tumors since the 1980s. It is used to treat brain glial tissue. The tumors have rarely been reported so far.We used homemade high-power He-Ne lasers as the light source, and used hematoporphyrins as photosensitizers to apply PDT to animal models of Kunming mice inoculated with G-422 gliomas. Small, superficial tumor tissue has a good therapeutic effect.
