2005年8月9日,中国食品工业协会白酒专业委员会在北京发布通知确认五粮液、贵州茅台、泸州老窖和全兴大曲四个白酒行业知名品牌,系全部采用纯粮固态发酵工艺生产,加上此前公布的剑南春酒,目前共有5个品牌的15个产品获准使用纯粮固态发酵白酒标志,这5个品牌白酒的出厂价格每瓶从30多元到300多元不等,消费者购买纯粮固态发酵传统工艺白酒的选择余地更大了。据中国食品工业协会白酒专业委员
