党的建设是一门独立的学科。它是研究无产阶级政党的产生、发展,自身建设及其在无产阶级解放事业中实现正确领导的规律的科学。简单地说就是研究三个规律:无产阶级政党产生、发展(包括消亡)的规律;党自身建设的规律及实现党的正确领导的规律。关于党建学科的理论体系,有各种不同观点,其中比较有代表性的意见为以下两种:
Party building is an independent discipline. It is a science that studies the birth and development of the proletarian political party and its own construction and its laws for the correct leadership in the cause of proletarian liberation. To put it simply, the three laws are studied: the law of the emergence, development (including disappearance) of proletarian parties, the law of party self-construction and the law of realizing the correct leadership of the party. There are different opinions on the theoretical system of party discipline, among which the more representative opinions are as follows:
