咨询是成人教育本身所固有的一项职能 ,也是成人教育的一项常规性工作 ,但许久以来人们只是在履行着它的部分职责 ,而没有明确意识到它的存在 ,导致挂一漏十 ,同时也没有能够对其进行系统研究和理论探讨 ,致使这项职能只停留于经验阶段。本文试从面向政府和面向成人学员两个层面出发 ,对成人教育在实际工作中应承担的职责进行了尽可能详尽的探讨 ,以期能为成人教育的发展尽抛砖引玉之力 Counseling is an inherent function of adult education itself. It is also a routine work of adult education. However, for a long time, people have only fulfilled part of their duties without being aware of its existence, leading to a single exception. At the same time, it has not been able to carry out systematic research and theoretical discussions on it, leaving this function to stay in the experience phase. Based on the two aspects of facing the government and adult trainees, this article tries to discuss as much as possible the responsibilities of adult education in practical work, with a view to making a great contribution to the development of adult education
