本文提出继续教育中出现的问题 :1.学员学习目的不明确。 2 .在教学中采取的方法有失偏颇。 3 .对中西方文化语言交叉现象理解混淆。 4.对素质教育片面理解。 5 .在教学实践中缺乏综合概括能力 ,尚无完善的科学的双方评估方式 ,缺乏最新的教学理论指导及论文书面形成能力。针对上述问题 ,首先简要的提出培训模式及教学模式的改革 ,然后着重从教育学、心理学的角度进行科学的分析 ,并在此基础上提出教师角色的改变需要教师观念的改变 ,教学方法的改变及教师接受培训时课程设置的重点等对策 This article proposes the problems that arise in continuing education: 1.
