薄壁管状空间伸展臂是一类基本空间展开折叠结构,具有广泛的应用和研究价值.首先分析了透镜型薄壁管压扁和拉扁机理,给出压扁、拉扁过程数值分析方法,分析了拉扁和压扁过程应力、应变和载荷-位移变化规律,进行了薄壁管拉扁和压扁过程试验,对比分析试验测试结果与计算分析结果,验证模拟分析方法,证明拉扁和压扁为大位移小应变过程.同时,拉扁和压扁过程中薄壁管段应力、应变及载荷-位移都有相似变化规律,反映了薄壁管段的相似特性.
