河南辛夷(望春花的花蕾)的挥发油,通过气相色谱—质谱分离鉴定出27个成份1.8按叶素、樟脑、蒎烯、松油醇、杜松烯、松油烯、特(叔)丁基苯、菲兰烯、丁香烯、桧烯为其主要成份。河南辛夷的水浸液中提取分离出一个生物碱,经IR、UV鉴定为柳叶木兰胺。药理试验证明,河南辛夷的挥发油、水浸液、醇浸膏均有一定的抑菌作用、促进微循环作用和一定的中枢抑制作用。
The volatile oil from the flower of Magnolia sinensis (Flower bud of Prunella vulgaris L.) was identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). 27 components were identified as quercetin, camphor, terpene, terpineol, juniperene, terpinene, tert-butyl Benzene, phenanthrene, lilacene, and pinene are the main ingredients. An alkaloid was extracted and extracted from the aqueous extract of Henan Magnolia and identified as phylloxamine by IR and UV. Pharmacological tests have proved that volatile oil, aqueous extract and alcohol extract of Henan Magnolia all have certain antibacterial effects, promote microcirculation and certain central inhibition.
