设计合成了 7个二双胍烷烃盐酸盐 ,均为新化合物 ,其结构经核磁、质谱、元素分析证实。体外抗菌活性筛选结果显示其中部分二双胍化合物有抗菌活性
Seven dixaguanidine hydrochloride were designed and synthesized, all of which were new compounds. Their structures were confirmed by NMR, MS and elemental analysis. In vitro antibacterial activity screening results show that some of the two biguanide compounds have antibacterial activity
