形态结构的研究工作中光学显微镜视野大,但分辨率差,电子显微镜虽然分辨率很高,但又受到视野小的限制。植物超微结构的研究工作中,由于植物细胞远大于动物细胞,以一般倍率的电镜观察,更感视野小,分析图象有所不便。运用透射电镜超低倍观察,可弥补光、电镜两方面的不足,既可获得较大范围的观察视野,又可获得较高的分辨率。为此,我们参考动物超低倍观察的切片技术,根据植物材料的特点,摸索出植物供超低倍电镜观察的超薄切片的制样方法。

The use of ultra-low transmission electron microscope observation, can make up for light and electron microscopy deficiencies, both to obtain a wider range of field of view, but also access to higher resolution. To this end, we refer to the ultra-low-powered animal sectioning technology, according to the characteristics of plant materials, to explore the plant for ultra-low electron microscopy ultrathin section preparation method.
