仪器分析目前已经发展成为一门专门的学科。利用光学、电学原理结合微机技术研制而成的煤质分析仪器,具有量程宽,反应速度快,准确度高并能进行过程自动控制和数据处理等优点。它克服了容量法、重量法等化学分析方法的不足,并有逐步取代的趋势。现已在煤、油等物质的定量成分分析中得到广泛的应用。本文着重介绍我院从美国力科公司引进的CHN-600碳、氢、氮测定仪和SC-32定硫仪的工作原理,并对该仪器的调试和运行特性做出分析与评价。
Instrumental analysis has now developed into a specialized discipline. The use of optical and electrical principles combined with computer technology developed by the coal quality analytical instruments, with a wide range, fast response, high accuracy and process automation and data processing advantages. It overcomes the lack of capacity analysis, gravimetric methods and other chemical analysis methods, and there is a gradual replacement trend. Now in the coal, oil and other substances in the quantitative component analysis has been widely used. This article focuses on the introduction of CHN-600 carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen analyzer and SC-32 sulfur analyzer introduced by our company from the United States, and analyzes and evaluates the commissioning and operation characteristics of the instrument.
