多项目研制是航空科研单位面临的现实情况,分析了多项目组织管理的模式和特点,从航空科研型单位组织结构内部信息流动的角度,运用熵理论定义了组织结构分析的时效、质量和适应度,并从上述三方面出发构建了组织结构熵分析模型。通过计算分析了航空科研单位常采用的的项目型和矩阵型两种组织结构,并提出了航空科研单位面对多项目并行的现实应注重增强其应变能力和敏捷性。
Multi-project development is the reality that aviation research institutes face, analyzes the pattern and characteristics of multi-project organization management, and uses the entropy theory to define the limitation, quality and adaptation of organizational structure analysis from the perspective of information flow within the organizational structure of aviation research institutes. Degree, and constructed the entropy analysis model of organizational structure from the above three aspects. Through the calculation and analysis of the two types of project structure and matrix structure commonly used by aviation research institutes, the reality that aviation research institutes should cope with multiple projects should be emphasized to enhance their adaptability and agility.
