目的 :探讨血浆内皮素 (ET)及降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)水平在急性脑血管病 (ACVD)时的变化。方法 :以 49例急性脑梗塞 (ACI)和 38例脑出血 (ACH )为对象与 41名健康志愿者为对照 ,采用放免法测定血浆 ET及 CGRP水平。结果 :两组患者血浆 ET水平明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;ACI患者血浆 CGRP水平明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,ACH患者血浆 CGRP水平明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,部分患者经治疗后 ET及 CGRP水平均恢复到接近对照组水平。提示 ET及 CGRP参与了 ACVD的病理生理过程 ,测定 ACVD患者治疗前后血浆 ET及CGRP水平对于病情监测、疗效观察具有重要的临床意义
Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) levels in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD). Methods: A total of 49 acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and 38 cases of cerebral hemorrhage (ACH) were compared with 41 healthy volunteers. Plasma ET and CGRP levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Plasma ET levels in both groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Plasma CGRP levels in patients with ACI were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Plasma CGRP levels were significantly higher in ACH patients In the control group (P <0.01), the ET and CGRP levels of some patients recovered to the level of the control group after treatment. It is suggested that ET and CGRP are involved in the pathophysiological process of ACVD. It is of great clinical significance to monitor the plasma ET and CGRP levels before and after treatment in patients with ACVD
