当前大气环境质量问题成为社会关切和热议的话题,大气污染防治工作既是当前重要的民生问题,也是结构调整和经济转型升级的重要抓手。对于既是国家能源安全支柱又是雾霾主要来源之一的煤炭来说,通过加强煤炭绿色开采和清洁利用,积极推广应用洁净煤技术,能够从源头上有效控制大气环境污染。对此,从7个方面提出相关政策建议,为政府决策提供参考。
At present, the issue of atmospheric environment quality has become a topic of social concern and hot discussion. Prevention and control of atmospheric pollution are both an important livelihood issue and an important starting point for structural adjustment and economic restructuring and upgrading. For coal, which is both the pillar of national energy security and one of the main sources of haze, the government can effectively control the pollution of the air environment from the source by strengthening green coal mining and its clean utilization and actively promoting clean coal technology. In this regard, from seven aspects related to policy recommendations, to provide a reference for government decision-making.
