本文采用外膜蛋白图谱法,研究了两株从天津地区新近临床分离的耐药绿脓杆菌对亚胺培能的耐药机理。在SDS-PAGE蛋白电泳图上,发现两株亚胺培能耐药临床菌均丢失了oprD2,其oprE的含量亦减少,和亚胺培能敏感的标准对照菌3-B和亚胺培能耐药的标准对照菌3-C比较,提示此两临床菌株耐亚胺培能的主要原因可能是oprD2的丢失。
In this paper, the outer membrane protein mapping method was used to study the resistance mechanisms of two newly isolated strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem in Tianjin. On the SDS-PAGE protein electrophoresis map, we found that both of the two imipenem-resistant clinical isolates lost oprD2 and their oprE content also decreased. The imipenem-sensitive standard control bacteria 3-B and imipenem Compared with the standard control strain 3-C, the main reason for the imipenem-induced potential of these two clinical strains may be the loss of oprD2.
