随着经济全球化的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的日益成熟,对上市公司而言,并购重组变得愈加重要,这不仅有利于上市公司的发展壮大,也有利于证券市场资源的合理配置。本文从上市公司并购重组的原因入手,分析了上市公司并购重组中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决方案,以期对上市公司的并购重组有所裨益。
With the continuous deepening of economic globalization and the maturity of the socialist market economy, mergers and acquisitions have become increasingly important to listed companies. This not only benefits the development and growth of listed companies, but also helps the securities market to rationally allocate resources. This article starts from the reasons of mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, analyzes the problems existing in mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, and puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems in the hope of benefiting mergers and acquisitions of listed companies.
