地瓜米中毒比较少见,其临床症状严重,如不及时治疗,可危及患者的生命。近几年,我院收治5例,现报告如下: 临床资料5例中男3例,女2例.年龄1～3岁3例,65岁及74岁各1例。生地瓜米中毒2例,均为婴幼儿,误服3～4粒,熟地瓜米中毒3例,其中2例是老年人,1例是幼儿,分别服2两左右。中毒后来诊时间最短为2小时,最长为12小时。5例均有恶心呕吐,呕吐物中找到地瓜米碎片。生地瓜米中毒症状较重,2例均出现中枢性呼吸困难、紫绀,瞳孔散大。1例昏迷、心率减慢。1例嗜睡、肺部湿性罗音。入院后,根据病情及年龄情况,给催吐、洗胃、导泻及
Sweet potato poisoning is relatively rare, the clinical symptoms of serious, if not treated, can endanger the lives of patients.
