目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在盆腔炎诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析67例盆腔炎患者,分析子宫、输卵管、卵巢回声,大小及其周围炎性包块、积液,与周围组织关系的声像图特征。结果盆腔炎性病变的彩色多普勒声像图表现多样化,其中急性盆腔炎46例,慢性盆腔炎21例。结论彩色多普勒超声在盆腔炎诊断鉴别诊断及治疗中具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of 67 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, uterus, fallopian tube, ovarian echo, size and surrounding inflammatory mass, effusion, and the surrounding tissue characteristics of the sonographic. Results The color Doppler echocardiography of pelvic inflammatory lesions showed diversification, including 46 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease and 21 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis and treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease has important clinical significance.
