目的:研究飞蓬(Erigeron acerL.)全草的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱法及制备型硅胶薄层色谱对其化学成分进行分离,并利用13C-NMR,1H-NMR和MS等方法鉴定分离得到的化合物。结果:从飞蓬的干燥全草中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为α-香树脂醇(1)、β-香树脂醇(2)、咖啡酸(3)、槲皮素(4)、4′-羟基黄芩素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(5)。结论:该5个化合物均为首次从飞蓬中分离得到。根据DEPT、HMQC、HMBC谱对化合物(5)的碳信号重新进行了归属,同时根据HMBC、HMQC1、H1-HCOSY谱首次归属了该化合物葡萄糖醛酸部分的2″~5-″H的信号。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Erigeron acer L. whole plant. Methods: The chemical constituents were separated by silica gel column chromatography and preparative silica gel thin-layer chromatography. The compounds were identified by 13C-NMR, 1H-NMR and MS. Results: Five compounds were isolated from the dried whole plant of Erigeron chinense. They were identified as α-aromatic alcohol (1), β-aromatic alcohol (2), caffeic acid (3), quercetin (4), 4 ’-hydroxysafrole-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (5). Conclusion: The five compounds were isolated from Erigeron for the first time. According to DEPT, HMQC and HMBC spectra, the carbon signal of compound (5) was reclassified. At the same time, according to the HMBC, HMQC1, H1-HCOSY spectra, the 2′′-5′′H signal of the glucuronic acid part of the compound was assigned for the first time.
