目前,我国的企业经过企业制度改革,大都建立了人力资源管理制度,其中绩效考核是比较核心的一个部分。但是我国企业中的绩效考核制度,在一定程度上并没有应用到实际管理当中去,存在着许多问题。如何规避这些问题,如何建立适合企业自身的可操作的绩效评价体系,是本文探讨的主要问题。并以机械企业为例,探讨如何建立机械企业适合自身的可操作的绩效评价体系。
At present, most of the enterprises in our country have established a system of human resources management through the reform of the enterprise system. Among them, the performance appraisal is a core part. However, the performance appraisal system in Chinese enterprises has not been applied to actual management to a certain extent, and there are many problems. How to avoid these problems and how to establish an operational performance evaluation system that is suitable for the enterprises themselves are the main issues discussed in this paper. Taking the machinery enterprises as an example, this paper discusses how to set up an operational performance evaluation system suitable for the machinery enterprises.
