目的:对产于河南济源地区不同品种冬凌草资源进行质量评价。方法:以冬凌草甲素为对照,按照《中国药典》(2010年版),采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(55∶45),检测波长239nm,柱温25℃,流速1 mL.min-1,对收集到的34个不同品种冬凌草中冬凌草甲素的含量进行测定。回归方程为Y=1 006X+9.046(r=0.999 9),线性范围在0.488~4.88μg与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.80%,RSD 2.17%。结果:不同品种的冬凌草中冬凌草甲素的含量有显著的差异,其中最低含量是0.63%,最高含量是1.98%,均符合药典标准。结论:冬凌草甲素是冬凌草的主要有效成分,可以作为冬凌草质量评价的一个重要指标。本方法简单易行,重复性好且分离度高,为评价冬凌草的质量提供科学依据。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of different varieties of Rubescens produced in Jiyuan, Henan Province. Methods: According to “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” (2010 edition), HPLC was performed on an Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-water 55:45). The detection wavelength was 239nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL.min-1. The content of oridonin in 34 different species of Rubescens collected was determined. The regression equation was Y = 1 006X + 9.046 (r = 0.999 9). The linear range of 0.488 ~ 4.88μg was linear with the peak area. The average recovery was 98.80% and RSD was 2.17%. Results: The contents of oridonin in different varieties of Rubescens indica There are significant differences, of which the lowest content is 0.63%, the highest content is 1.98%, are in line with Pharmacopoeia standards. Conclusion: Oridonin is the main active ingredient of Rubescens. It can be used as an important index for the quality evaluation of Rubescens. The method is simple and easy to operate, has good repeatability and high separation, and provides a scientific basis for evaluating the quality of rubescens.
