苯环取代反应定位规律:(用共振论解释) Ⅰ类定位基:直接与苯环相连的原子不含饱和键,具有负电荷或未共用电子对,它使苯环活化,后上基团进入原有基团的邻,对位。Ⅱ类定位基:直接与苯环相连的原子含有不饱和键或带正电荷,它使苯环钝化后上基团进入原有基团的间位。 2、氧化反应: 苯环不易氧化,但苯环上的烷基可被氧化。
