目前,许昌市大、中桥梁上部结构均采用先张法预应力混凝土空心板,特别是16m跨径的空心板占67%。在预应力空心板的预制过程中,预应力筋的张拉是一个至关重要的环节,它直接关系到空心板的质量好坏。本文对先张法预应力混凝土空心板的反拱度进行了计算和实测,可间接得出预应力筋的张拉力的大小。从而为工程技术人员在先张法预应力混凝土空心板预制过程中的质量控制和检测,提供了理论依据。
At present, Xuchang City, the bridge structure are used pre-tensioned prestressed concrete hollow slab, in particular, 16m span hollow slab accounted for 67%. During prefabrication of prestressed hollow slabs, the tension of prestressing tendons is a crucial link, which is directly related to the quality of hollow slab. In this paper, the inverse camber of pre-stressed prestressed concrete hollow slab is calculated and measured, and the tension of prestressed tendons can be obtained indirectly. This provides a theoretical basis for the quality control and inspection of engineers and technicians in the process of prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow slab prefabrication.
