通过对江苏省区域馆际互借服务统计数据的分析,发现存在单位借出/借入量严重不均、通用借书证利用率过低和区域发展不平衡等问题,认为采用直接借阅模式是造成问题的根本。改变借阅模式,采用委托式借阅,整合馆际互借平台,制定规范的馆际互借条例,完善和修改借阅规则等是应对问题的办法。 Through the analysis of statistical data of regional interlibrary loan service in Jiangsu Province, we found that there are some problems such as serious imbalance of lending / borrowing per unit, low utilization rate of common library card and unbalanced regional development. It is considered that direct borrowing mode is the cause The root of the problem. Changing loan patterns, using entrusted borrowing, integrating interlibrary loan platform, establishing a standardized interlibrary loan regulations, and improving and modifying borrowing rules are some ways to deal with the problems.
