“工程估价”课程内容广、实践性强、政策性强。针对国内许多高校“工程估价”课程教与学环节均十分薄弱的现状,提出特色教学,综合应用“理论教学+案例作业+课堂案例讲评”的案例教学法,引入信息电算化和“任务驱动+实践”的教学方法,探索有利于增强学生能力的教学模式。特色教学在教学组织形式、教学内容和教学效果上都有良好的改革和创新,能够广泛应用于今后的教学实践中。
“Project Valuation ” course content is wide, practical, policy-oriented. Aiming at the present situation of teaching and learning links in many colleges and universities in China, this paper puts forward the case teaching method of characteristic teaching and comprehensive application of “theory teaching + casework + classroom case commenting”, and introduces the information computerization And “task-driven + practice” teaching methods, to explore conducive to enhancing students’ ability to teach mode. Characteristic teaching has good reform and innovation in the form of teaching organization, teaching content and teaching effect, can be widely used in the future teaching practice.
