加强中小学教师队伍建设,是推进基础教育事业改革和发展的基础,其核心是人事制度改革。进行人事制度改革必然涉及人的利益,新绛县在中小学人事制度改革中敢于“动真碰硬”,解决了教师队伍建设现存的问题,全面提高了中小学教师队伍的整体素质,农村山区教师队伍明显加强,促进了全县教育事业的快速发展。新绛县在推进中小学人事制度改革中,着力解决中小学人事制度改革中的深层次和长期性的问题,为建设一支能适应教育改革与发展要求的教师队伍提供了制度保障。
