本文通过H-800、BS-540型透射电镜、XYL-74型x射线应力测定仪和JP-BD-1型接触疲劳试验机,分别对四组不同非马氏体层深度的20CrMnTi钢渗碳滚轮试样进行了组织形态、应力分析和接触疲劳试验。结果发现,渗碳层表面非马氏体组织是极细珠光体、针状珠光体和上贝氏体。这类非马氏体层深度愈深,表面张应力愈大,次表层最大压应力愈小。与组织和应力对应,接触疲劳寿命随非马氏体层深的增加而降低,而组织沿层深分布的不均匀性是导致疲劳寿命下降的主要原因。
In this paper, H-800, BS-540 TEM, XYL-74 x-ray stress tester and JP-BD-1 contact fatigue testing machine, respectively, Roller sample morphology, stress analysis and contact fatigue test. The results show that carburized surface non martensite is very fine pearlite, acicular pearlite and bainite. The deeper this type of non-martensite layer, the greater the surface tension stress, subsurface maximum compressive stress smaller. Corresponding to the organization and the stress, the contact fatigue life decreases with the increase of the non-martensite layer depth, and the inhomogeneous distribution of the tissue along the layer is the main reason leading to the decrease of the fatigue life.
