本文对公安机关在侦查程序中的公正标准作了深入的分析,并结合我国目前侦查工作中的不足,提出了进一步完善侦查程序的工作措施。
In this paper, the public security organs in the investigation of the fair standards made in-depth analysis, combined with the current lack of investigation in our work, put forward measures to further improve the investigation procedures.
